Teaching is our passion and we offer 5 live online classes each week - and often bonus or surprise fitness classes too.
Our LIVE & ON-DEMAND WORKOUTS include:
Strength Classes (2x per week - Tuesday & Thursday)
Cardio Classes (2x per week - Monday, Wednesday, sometimes Friday)
Yoga Classes (1x per week - Sunday)

Your trainer, Andrea Sandhu, is an original ZES™ with Zumba® and has travelled the world training new instructors how to teach and experienced Zumba instructors new skills.
