Teaching is our passion and we offer 5 live online classes each week - and often bonus or surprise fitness classes too.
Our LIVE & ON-DEMAND WORKOUTS include:
Strength Classes (2x per week - Tuesday & Thursday)
Cardio Classes (2x per week - Monday &/or Wednesday &/or Friday, varies week to week)
Yoga Classes (1x per week - Sunday)

Your trainer, Andrea Sandhu, has been teaching fitness classes for 17 years. She is a master of modifications, making sure every one feels comfortable and successful in each class.
Andrea Sandhu is an original ZES™ with Zumba® and has travelled the world training new instructors how to teach, presented at major international fitness conferences and been featured on Zumba.com in educational videos for instructors.
