Team Fit Body is a group of awesome women who are ready to live a healthier, happier, and more confident life!
Sometimes we just need a gentle push or reminder to get moving. I'm here to give you that encouragement, support - and guidance!
I help provide a weekly plan to take the guesswork out of what workouts to do and when to do it. I provide meal inspiration to get you feeling your best, and we check in to help keep you motivated and on track. I work with you to have small fitness wins each week to help you achieve your bigger health goals.
