Why did I create Team Fit Body & The Fit Body Project? Because I get it! As a busy mom of 2 young boys, being able to move with ease and energy is critical!
We start programs with the best of intentions, do really well for the first few weeks, and then life happens. We fall off the fitness wagon and starting going back to old habits... missing classes... and before you know it, you are not engaged in any activities and all your hard work those first few weeks is a distant memory.
That's where I can help.
