Fluffy & Delicious Dairy Free Pancakes



”These are a favourite for the whole family! We love these pancakes so I treated my family for Valentine’s Day with some extra special heart shaped ones. Not perfect but that’s not how I roll anyway!

Psst! As I went to cut the strawberries I realized they already kind of look like hearts so just shaped the top a bit after taking off the stems! My kiddos actually noticed & commented on their heart strawberries 😲 so that was pretty awesome!“

1. Combine dry ingredients:

1 1/2 cup whole wheat and/or oat flour*

3 1/2 tsp baking powder


2. Combine wet ingredients together:

1 1/4 cup your favourite non-dairy milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp melted butter


3. Use a whisk to mix wet into dry ingredients.


4. Pour about 1/4 batter into a non stick preheated pan and cook until small bubbles appear.

5. Flip, and cook another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Serve warm with real maple syrup, fresh fruits, & enjoy!

*Make your own oat flour easy with a steel cut oats and few quick pulses on your high powdered blender!
