Easy, No Bake, 2-Ingredient Homemade Almond Butter Cup Recipe

When it comes to homemade sweet treats, we live by the "keep it simple" motto at The Fit Body Project. Why? Secondly, using only simple, whole food ingredients help keep us feeling nourished and SO awesomely satisfied in both our bodies and minds.


This almond butter cup recipe is no exception! The only things you'll need to make it are chocolate chips and your favourite almond butter. Absolutely no baking required! Absolutely no unnecessary ingredients or refined sugars in sight!


Juuust in case you need another reason to make this awesome recipe... Making your own nut butter cups at home will reduce waste (goodbye, individual packaging) for a happier, healthier planet. We've also made this recipe completely vegan and dairy-free!

EASY 2 INGREDIENT ALMOND BUTTER CUP RECIPE

Vegan + Dairy-Free

Makes approximately 3 almond butter cups

(Measurements are approximate)


Ingredients

1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

2-3 tbsp almond butter





Instructions

1. Melt 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate

chips on low heat on the stove.

2. Pour into reusable cupcake cups to create a base. You could use a food brush to fill out the sides if you'd like.

3. Let firm in the fridge for 1-2 hours.


4. Add 1-2 tbsp almond butter on to set chocolate bases

5. Pour more melted chocolate on top & set in fridge another 30-60 minutes.
