Cool Down with this Healthy Take On Fudge Pops

Looking for a way to satisfy chocolate cravings and cool down without majorly spiking your blood sugar? You have to try these Homemade Healthy Fudge Pops! Don't worry - they're still creamy, chocolatey, and sweet; the only difference is that they're made with natural, vegan-friendly ingredients that will nourish your body. Adios, sugar crash - you won't find any refined sugar here!

Not to mention, you'll get a boost of healthy fats thanks to a sneaky helping of omega-3 fatty acid-rich avocados! Healthy fats are excellent for helping your body absorb nutrients and sustaining stable energy levels throughout your day.

In addition to cleaner ingredients and alleviated sugar spikes, you can also reduce waste and save money by making these at home with reusable popsicle molds! Pictured here is our fudge pop made in a popsicle mold from a local grocery store, or there are some great options on Amazon too (check for BPA-free).

Vegan + Dairy-free

Makes 3-4 popsicles

1 ripe avocado

2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4-1/3 unsweetened oat milk

Blend and fill popsicle molds. Freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. Enjoy!

Bonus Tip! If you find yourself with any leftover, enjoy as pudding! Simply chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes and dig in. Extra ingredients on hand? Double up the batch or make half fudge pops and half Chocolate Avocado Pudding. So yummy and so good for you!

Some simple switches and changes like these can make a big difference for your health!
