Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This creamy treat is so delicious, and full of healthy fat!


Makes 2 portions.

  • 2 Avocados, ripe medium

  • About 1/4 cup maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup Milk or Milk Alternative

Combine all in high speed blender until smooth. Divide into 2 dessert cups or bowls, enjoy!
