Each day, your Certified Trainer provides a daily movement or rest plan. Five days a week, we have live classes together plus group replays of past live classes so you can still benefit from that motivating group energy.

Every month, you have a 1-on-1 Check In with Andrea to help keep you motivated and on track. As a group we work together to celebrate daily and weekly mindset, movement and confidence wins to help you achieve your bigger health goals.
