Hi there! I'm Andrea, founder of The Fit Body Project. I help you transform your mindset, increase your daily movement, and reach your unique and personal fitness goals! With me as your partner, you will feel motivated and supported to stay on track. 

Why did I create Team Fit Body & The Fit Body Project? Because I get it! As a busy mom of 2 young boys, being able to move with ease and energy is critical!

We start programs with the best of intentions, do really well for the first few weeks, and then life happens. We fall off the fitness wagon and starting going back to old habits... missing classes... and before you know it, you are not engaged in any activities and all your hard work those first few weeks is a distant memory.

That's where I can help.

I understand because I have been there (I'm still there!). 

Life, kids, work... I know first hand how hard it is to start and stick with a fitness routine. It is an ongoing journey friends, so why not do it together?

Andrea is the passion in action, putting her whole self into each and every one on one personal training session, group class, or workshop, driven to see you succeed.

 

With over 17 years in the industry, Andrea’s experience teaching and training at many different gyms, facilities, and corporate environments around the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa, across the country, and throughout the world has enabled her to effectively work with people of all fitness levels as well as different age groups, abilities and cultures.

Andrea has helped thousands of individuals discover the joy of exercise, adopt a healthier lifestyle, and achieve their goals.

As of mom of 2 young boys, Andrea is even more driven to setting the example of finding ways to fit exercise into the day every way possible and eating right when time and budgets are tight.
