We work through your fitness journey as a team. Overall, my program focuses on building confidence, happiness, community, and inspiration to help you feel great and find joy in movement each and every day.

Andrea is the passion in action, putting her whole self into each and every one on one personal training session, group class, or workshop, driven to see you succeed.

 

With over 15 years in the industry, Andrea’s experience teaching and training at many different gyms, facilities, and corporate environments around the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa, across the country, and throughout the world has enabled her to effectively work with people of all fitness levels as well as different age groups, abilities and cultures.

Andrea has helped thousands of individuals discover the joy of exercise, adopt a healthier lifestyle, and achieve their goals.

As of mom of 2 young boys, Andrea is even more driven to setting the example of finding ways to fit exercise into the day every way possible and eating right when time and budgets are tight.
